Estate Agents’ Course Overview

The Estate Agents’ Course is designed for busy agents who understand that home staging sells properties three times faster, and want to learn the essentials.

What will I learn?
The course has three modules, each covering an element of home staging that is useful for estate agents.

Is the course 100% online?
Yes. The course is made up of three pre-recorded videos that you can watch whenever you like, wherever you are. But even though it’s online, you are welcome to call or email me at any time with questions or help. I’d love to hear from you!

Every property, no matter the size, the style or the price, benefits from staging. Here are some examples of my successes:

What materials will I get?
There are three videos that you access through the website. You can watch them at any time, pause them, replay etc. Each video has an accompanying workbook that you can print out so you can take notes while you watch. You can also print:

  • a form to use when you visit a client
  • statistics to back up the success of home staging with your clients.

How can I access the course?
You can access the course on your smartphone, tablet or laptop. Each student has their own account with a unique password to log in which you create when you pay. If you forget your password like I do all the time, you can set a new one.

Is there a specific start date?
No. You can start whenever you want. You can watch the videos at your own pace. Some students like to watch the whole module and then go back over certain key sections. Others watch more slowly, stopping and taking notes as they go along. Do whatever your learning style is.

Do I get a certificate?
Yes, you will get a certificate.

Is the course only for agents who sell luxury properties?
Absolutely not. Most of the properties I stage are “average” homes. This is because these sellers often need to sell and can’t afford the holding costs of not selling.
